  Games don't work, tickets aren't loaded into machines, many games take your money and don't operate and you get 4 tickets regardless of what you score. Kids have fun but it is a poor excuse for entertainment. Staff is very nice. Although Coney Island is 20 times older it is still more fun.

  The kids love it and the food is ok, but the recent switch from tokens to play cards is very difficult for little ones, so I am not a fan. In addition the dumb prize tickets still have to be redeemed manually vs. being stored on the play card.

  Had my son's 1st birthday party there and the hostess Megan was great! She was polite, caring, and went above and beyond to make his birthday experience great! The kids loved it.
